General Shipping Information:

Although our polyurethane larp armor is not heavy, it can be bulky and our couriers charge by box size. This does, unfortunately, make overseas shipping of our bigger items costly.  Please note our shipping charges do not include any charges or Tariffs that may be levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.

Shipping costs are calculated on the total of your order.  All orders can be tracked online using the tracking number given in your dispatch email. Our courier requires a destination email and telephone number before they will accept an order for delivery.  Please make sure to include this with your order.

If your country is not listed in our checkout, please email us for a shipping quote.

Dispatch times.

All our LARP armor is made to order and is normally ready to dispatch within 20 working days (4 weeks). Please note that in busy periods it may take longer.  Please enquire before ordering if you need your order for a specific date.

If you prefer to collect your order or arrange your own courier, please let us know.

UK Shipping:

UK orders are normally sent via a courier service but for some smaller items Royal Mail is used.  All items are sent tracked and will require a signature on delivery. 

EU Shipping:  IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW

DUE TO THE Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) INTRODUCED BY THE EU ON 12 AUGUST 2026 WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP TO COUNTRIES IN THE EU EXCEPT FOR FRANCE AND GERMANY

We aim to dispatch your EU order within 20 working days. Shipping rates vary by country.  Please select your country in the dropdown box in the shopping basket to see your shipping cost.

All EU orders are sent via tracked DHL/ Fedex or UPS courier delivery or Royal Mail postal delivery, which takes between 3-10 days depending on destination. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your item has dispatched.  All items are sent tracked and most will require a signature on delivery.

We aim to dispatch your worldwide order within 20 working days.  Worldwide orders are sent via tracked courier delivery, which takes between 3-10 days depending on destination.
