Articulated Bevor by Wyrmwick Creations

I feel bad for not reviewing this sooner, but it is probably a good thing I am reviewing this a year later. It has stood the test of time! I bought it for Amtgard larp, which admittedly isn't what it is meant for, but it has been so fun to fight in! It is light touch larp anyway, but every time one of those 30 pound draw weight padded-arrows hits me in this Bevor, or the accompanying Burgonet Helmet I also bought from here, a thought of "purchase validated" runs through my head. XD The fact that this Bevor and that helmet aren't picture together is a crime! They look SO GOOD together! The opening between the visor and the top edge of the bevor is open enough that you can see really well out of it, but they can't see your eyes well. It makes fighting me really intimidating for some opponents. If it gets too hot, I can fold down this Bevor and breathe much better. This store was wonderful to me and went out of their way to make sure the edges were round enough to make safety regulations within the Amtgard game rules. If you are thinking of buying this, DO IT. It and that Helmet have become signature pieces of my kit and I can't live without them. :)
